Fishing for a King
The Kenai River produces the largest king salmon in the world! It boasts the current world record in sport-caught king salmon, from 1985 and weighing in at 97.5 pounds — this record is in addition to seven others. Maybe yours will be the next record breaker! Whether you are a seasoned angler or a first time fly fisherman, you can't miss fish this big. But don't think that means catching one is easy! Even the most experienced angler will be challenged.
Local Connection
Because I grew up on the Kenai Penninsula, I know who the best guides are, where the best fishing spots are, and when it's the prime time to catch. I can set you up with everything you need to have the ultimate fishing experience — from a knowledgeable guide to the ideal sportsman's accommodations to great restuarant reccommendations. Should you want to do anything in addition to fishing, I can make those arrangements, too! I am here to make your trip all about having a good time.
